Insurance Programs

Resorts are much more than rooms; as a result, we offer coverage to protect the plants, trees, shrubs, lawns, and golf courses that are part of what makes our Members’ properties memorable.

RHA’s policy form protects the historic structures and distinguishing features of a property. We recognize that some things are one-of-a-kind, and we work with Members to determine how a damaged property will be repaired, rebuilt, or replaced.

Every year, nature’s harshest elements negatively affect the beautiful beaches that guests continue to enjoy across the country. RHA recognizes the importance of protecting this signature attraction, and our Members are afforded this coverage as part of the Program.

As a component of the Property Program, RHA offers Terrorism as an optional coverage. It provides a $100 million shared per occurrence limit, which does not require US government certification to trigger coverage under the policy.

As a component of the Property Program, RHA offers Deadly Weapons as an optional coverage. While originally known under the moniker of Active Shooter coverage, the RHA product expands upon the basic Firearm scope to include a multitude of additional threats, including knives and road vehicles. Coverage is provided for Physical Damage and Business Interruption loss incurred as a result of a Deadly Weapons attack and provides immediate post event consulting should an attack occur.
